Chicago Area Weather

Continued cold weather is in the forecast through the remainder of the week. This evening, snow will overspread portions of northern Illinois and northwest Indiana. Accumulations should generally stay south of I-80 where a dusting up to an inch is possible. Portions of northwest Indiana may see up to 2 inches in a few spots. Skies will clear from the west and snow will end overnight as temperatures fall into the teens west to low/mid 20s east. Many areas will experience wind chill values in the single digits after midnight into Tuesday morning.
